The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with a cross functional team of designers, developers, digital marketers and product owners to develop highly performing and scalable solutions for our corporate web applications. They will need strong skills in modern web development technologies in order to handle a variety of projects through all stages of the software development life cycle. The Full Stack Developer will also be expected to contribute ideas and solutions in a creative agile team environment, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers and marketing to develop high-quality, scalable, and secure features for our corporate websites using the Sitefinity (.NET-based) Content Management System
Create new UI features in Angular and/or .NET based on design requirements
Implement custom modules, calculators and reusable UI and MVC components based on business requirements
Help extend website functionality through the creation and maintenance of APIs and Microservices
Implement Google Analytics tracking for new features
Develop unit tests, extend and enhance existing automated testing frameworks
Participate in code reviews,
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
Exposure to the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing, deployment and release activities
Conduct research and proof of concepts for new features and processes
Participate in all scrum activities and be an active contributor to the team
Qualifications:
Degree, diploma or equivalent directly related work experience.
Software engineering background
Preferred technical stack:
Front-end: HTML, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular
Back-end: C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
Content Management System: Sitefinity, WordPress
Database: MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB or similar SQL and NoSQL Databases
Tools: Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Robot, preferably automated CI/CD
Strong experience creating REST APIs
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
