An individual will be working with a product manager on important strategic initiatives for the business unit starting in the summer. They will collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to move projects forward and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing a team of staff members to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and supervise a team of staff members to ensure operational efficiency
– Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals and expectations
– Monitor and track operational performance metrics and report on results
– Train, coach, and develop staff members to improve performance
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
