Job description: We are looking for a Budget and administrative coordinator for the Marketing team, based out of our Toronto office.
As part of this position, you will:
- Manage the team’s budget for the day-to-day executions/actions and provide monthly reporting/phasing to the finance controllers, back up for finance procedures (Monthly, Quarterly and year-end closing)
- Create, receive, release and close the marketing expenses in our accounting system, including managing the purchase orders (POs) creation and processing the invoices for the marketing budgets (brands, communications, agencies)
- Support Supplier management processes (Creation, Modification, any ad hoc change)
- Make sure of adherence to compliance obligations and procurement standards
- Support marketing managers in the creation of product mock-ups and samples when needed (tradeshows), in collaboration with our packaging agency
- Support the digital team in maintaining up to date our image/content databases
- Assist the marketing managers with products and samples for consumer tests
- Supports the marketing team in other ad hoc projects
- Be a backup of the reception in the Toronto Office

- College diploma of professional (technical) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to details
- Accountable and committed
- Autonomy and good priority management
- Facility to work with the Office suite
- Bilingual both in English and French (written and spoken) is an asset
