This person will be managing a blend of Search Engine Marketing and Paid Social Media programs for top tier clients in Canada. The Sr. Performance Media Analyst will support the team in all aspects of operation, including ensuring the timely delivery of all client requirements, analyzing campaign performance, and performing optimizations, helping to create and deliver campaign performance reports, and providing regular input of ideas for best practices and process improvement. This opportunity requires someone with dedication, curiosity, motivation, and the desire to learn from the best in market!
- Assist the team in strategy development of campaigns.
- Assist in the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as needed.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before they are delivered to the client.
- Proactively find new ways to build the client’s business and grow the account. Participate in meetings autonomously and with a larger team as needed.
- Master and maintain vast knowledge of the client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Continually learn and enhance skills related to performance media methodologies and platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience is required
- Strong mathematical & analytical mindset and interest in data analysis
- Prior experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is an asset
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Comfortable ideating, creating and conducting presentations to internal teams & clients including using MS PowerPoint
- Keen interest and passion for all things digital marketing
- A sense of curiosity, and desire to innovate/test new approaches
