Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. You will work closely with our team of production staff to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and objectives
– Monitor and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate production efforts
– Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
– Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
– Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
– Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
– Strong leadership and communication skills
