- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Marketing to plan and develop the digital marketing strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and implement strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work in close collaboration with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to ensure a seamless and exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
- Oversee and manage all digital channels, including but not limited to, paid search, social media, email and mobile marketing, affiliates, Programmatic, and CTV bookings.
- Partner with marketing data analysts and other marketing team members to drive data-informed decision making.
- Optimize digital budget allocation across banners and channels, ensuring budget adherence, and communicate any additional budget requests to the Vice President of Marketing for approval.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, solutions, and applications in digital marketing.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as a paid social marketer.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
