Job Title: Physician Relations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Physician Relations Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening referral relationships with physicians and physician practices. Your goal will be to establish a minimum of two new contacts per month, ensuring our services are top-of-mind for healthcare providers in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians and healthcare practices, focusing on referral growth and collaboration opportunities.

• Outreach Strategy: Implement targeted outreach strategies to engage healthcare providers and promote our services effectively.

• Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and initiatives to enhance public awareness of our healthcare services.

• Educational Initiatives: Organize and participate in educational lectures and speaking engagements to elevate awareness about health topics and our service offerings.

• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on outreach activities and their effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet referral targets.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Passion for community engagement and health education.
