In this role you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and nurture high-value opportunities and drive revenue growth.If this interests you then, let’s talk!This role will oversee our 6Sense tool, managing data accuracy and predictive insights to our drive account-based strategy, while also coordinating targeted digital advertising on LinkedIn and display networks to engage high-value accounts. In addition, they will ensure advertising budget adherence, optimize spend for maximum ROI, and produce clear, actionable performance reports.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly across display and LinkedIn, with a focus on budgeting, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.This role will report into the Head of Marketing Operations.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:6Sense Platform Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of 6Sense, ensuring accuracy in data, segmentation, workflow automation and SFDC data enrichment.
  • Utilize 6Sense’s predictive analytics to identify target accounts and run account-focused campaigns.
  • Provide support to marketing and sales teams to ensure effective platform usage.

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across display networks and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with ABM strategy and targeted messaging.
  • Continuously assess campaign performance and adjust strategies to drive optimal results and providing feedback to creative team for ad development.

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Lead the management of the digital advertising budget, with a focus on efficient allocation across display and LinkedIn to achieve the highest possible ROI.
  • Provide regular updates on budget utilization, making real-time adjustments as necessary to optimize spend.
  • Develop and deliver reports on campaign performance, budget adherence, and key metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and account engagement.

Skills & ExperienceYou’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience with 6Sense optimization or DemandBase. We are open to candidates with Zoominfo, Rollworks, Clearbit, Bombora or Terminus

Seeking experience in Account-based marketing strategies, Digital advertising management, Data analysis and optimization and Marketing automation platforms * Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools

  • Hands-on experience managing digital display and LinkedIn ads
  • A focus on data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making is essential.
  • A solid foundation in B2B marketing concepts is necessary for developing and executing effective ABM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools can enable more sophisticated data analysis and reporting.
  • The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technologies is essential for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving ABM landscape.
  • Understanding sales methodologies and processes can facilitate collaboration with the sales team and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
