Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on creating new and incremental revenue streams in both television and digital platforms. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to perform needs analysis and account reviews, identifying our customers’ most critical needs and developing tailored strategies to meet them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses and account reviews to understand customer goals and challenges.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans that drive revenue growth across television and digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives and marketing tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue generation, digital marketing, or account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
