Job Description: Vendor Manager – Digital

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Manager to join our Digital team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our vendor relationships and driving our eCommerce strategy. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, providing development support, and identifying opportunities for expansion within our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Collaborate on accurate sales forecasting to inform inventory management and strategy.
• Support the development of innovative solutions to enhance vendor partnerships and eCommerce performance.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities in partnership with key vendors.
• Manage all aspects of account management for designated eCommerce accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to maximize the effectiveness of vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, or eCommerce.
• Prior experience in vendor management, negotiation, or account management, with a preference for eCommerce experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
