Job description: Account ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with Data Transformation Leads and GMP Account Executives to drive advanced marketing activations and promote new advertising products.
- Technical Communication: Translate technical solutions into clear, impactful business outcomes through storytelling and narrative development.
- Solution Design: Work closely with sales and client teams to conduct discovery sessions, create technical diagrams, and provide customized guidelines to address specific business needs.
- Collaboration: Contribute to the overall sales strategy by advising on best practices and leveraging technical expertise to enhance customer success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Proven track record in identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategies.
- Experience in sales pitching to executive stakeholders.
- Skills:
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in whiteboarding technology systems and data flows.
- Familiarity with resolving complex technical issues and simplifying them for diverse audiences, including executives.
- Knowledge of the marketing and ad technology landscape, including digital industry trends and privacy implications.
- Interest and expertise in driving innovative marketing activations through technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Program Definition and Execution: Define and align programs to support key initiatives, from identifying needs to prototyping and building solutions, while accelerating adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to drive project results, anticipate challenges, decompose large projects into actionable workstreams, and creatively resolve issues, all while aligning with business objectives.
- Project Progress Communication: Regularly inform stakeholders of project status, risks, and dependencies across the entire program portfolio, ensuring transparency and proactive management of co-creation efforts with external partners.
Mandatory:
- 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the technology/software industry or a similar role.
- Proven experience collaborating with Finance teams on purchase orders, invoicing, and budget management.
- Demonstrated experience at Google working on complex, large-scale projects across multiple product areas, delivering end-to-end product development.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across various functions and organizational levels.
Desired:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with providers and government health insurers/payers.
- Track record of managing large projects involving external vendors.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and sharing information effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, with a proven ability to adapt plans and processes to meet the changing demands of clients and partners.
