Client: Fortune 500 brand with an international bricks & mortar presenceAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused Account Manager / Project Manager hybrid to join our agency client in supporting an iconic brand.This role sits at the local marketing level, where you’ll be the main point of contact across Canada. You’ll manage a high volume of creative requests, working closely with internal creative and production teams to deliver retail-focused marketing assets, both print and digital. Act as the primary contact for the client, managing marketing requests across Canada-wide locations.Project Intake & Briefing:
Lead intake calls, clarify creative needs, and translate briefs into actionable work for the internal creative team via the agency’s project management tool.Project Oversight:
Oversee approximately 30-40 ongoing projects at various stages. Track progress, manage timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and facilitate seamless delivery.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Assign work to creative teams, oversee approvals with owners, and collaborate with production to ensure all deliverables are executed accurately.Quality Control & Timeline Management:
Own the end-to-end timeline of all projects. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and production guidelines.Print & Digital Production Support:
Manage a mix of 70% print and 30% digital.About YouExperienced hybrid: You bring experience in both account and project management-able to confidently interface with clients while keeping internal teams on task.Retail savvy: You understand the pace and nuance of retail marketing.Exceptional communicator: You’re professional, measured, and clear-comfortable guiding client conversations and translating needs into clear direction for creative and production teams.Highly organized: You thrive in fast-moving environments, keeping dozens of moving parts in check without missing a beat. * Tech-friendly: Comfortable using PM tools, ideally Salesforce or similar.Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment, ideally supporting retail clients.Experience managing creative and production workflows (both print and digital).Strong understanding of local vs. regional/national marketing needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience with Salesforce-based PM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with grace.
