Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and the Product Development and Marketing departments. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering information and feedback from customers about our products and services, analyzing this data, and conveying actionable insights to relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to collect and analyze feedback on product performance, usability, and overall satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Product Development team to inform them of customer needs and preferences, ensuring alignment in product features and enhancements.
• Partner with the Marketing team to understand customer demographics and behavior, enabling the development of targeted strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyze customer feedback trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and ensure their voices are heard in the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in market research or product development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and customer feedback platforms.
