Job description: Account ManagerJob Overview: The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting client relationships, executing campaign initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of retail-based campaigns. This individual will be part of an integrated account service team on a key account in the automotive category, working closely with a very experienced Account Director as well as other team members.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a supportive point of contact. Help understand client needs, goals, and challenges to contribute to tailored solutions. Support the management of projects and campaigns from inception to delivery, working under the guidance of the Account Director and Account Supervisor.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the execution of retail campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing data and observations for future campaign optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist in managing account budgets and forecasts. Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting in line with agency and client expectations, under the direction of the Account Supervisor.
  • Client Presentation and Reporting Support: Assist in preparing presentations to clients, showcasing campaign creative, strategic insights, and recommendations. Support the creation of regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Experience supporting the management of client accounts.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, programmatic, and content marketing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
