Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service and marketing, with a strong understanding of both fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
