Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.

Agency Departments:

1. Sales – Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
2. Customer Support – Collaborate with customer support to gain insights into customer experiences and identify areas for service improvement.
3. Product Development – Partner with product development teams to understand new offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to our customers.

Qualifications:
