Your responsibilities will encompass developing and maintaining a comprehensive digital marketing system, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to effectively market our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agents to set and achieve marketing objectives that align with overall business goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust digital marketing system, including social media, email campaigns, and website management, to promote the office and its services.
• Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels, applying targeted strategies to convert prospects into clients.
• Schedule appointments for agents by effectively communicating the value of our services to potential clients.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to tailor marketing strategies and outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant strategies into our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a real estate or related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess marketing performance and customer needs.
