Job description: The Marketing Coordinator for a skilled nursing facility is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to generate referrals and admissions. This individual will analyze referrals to assess if the patient meets the facility’s criteria for admission, and work to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to increase awareness of the facility’s services. Candidates with experience in healthcare marketing and/or skilled nursing facilities are preferred for this role. Strong communication and networking skills are essential to excel in this position.
