Job Description:

In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Attend and actively participate in staff and marketing meetings to stay informed on company strategies and initiatives.
• Support clients in the application process for the Autonomous License designation, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance client engagement.
• Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve consultation processes and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Autonomous License designation process is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in client relations or consultation preferred.
