As a Retail Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational excellence of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include executing floorsets, implementing marketing strategies, and updating merchandising displays to align with our brand standards and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floorsets: Lead the execution of seasonal and promotional floorsets, ensuring that merchandise is arranged attractively and efficiently to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.

• Marketing Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and visual displays that align with advertising campaigns, driving customer engagement and sales.

• Merchandising Updates: Regularly update product displays to reflect current trends, seasonal changes, and inventory levels while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the store.

• Guest Readiness: Ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective organization and sanitation practices, providing a welcoming environment for all customers.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to communicate brand initiatives and share insights on customer preferences and foot traffic patterns.

• Training: Assist in training new team members on visual merchandising standards, floorset execution, and best practices for maintaining an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong visual and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative to lead projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing the customer shopping experience.
