As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience through innovative and eye-catching displays. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are well-organized and effectively showcased.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Organization: Curate and maintain an inviting and accessible shopping environment by systematically organizing products on the sales floor.

• Visual Displays: Conceptualize and execute creative visual displays that highlight key merchandise and seasonal promotions, drawing customers’ attention and encouraging purchases.

• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotional materials seamlessly into visual displays, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

• Fixture Management: Oversee the arrangement and upkeep of visual fixtures, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the latest merchandising trends.

• Innovation: Continuously research industry trends and customer preferences to implement fresh, innovative ideas that enhance our visual merchandising strategy.

• Inventory Coordination: Regularly assess inventory levels to ensure accurate representation of products on display while minimizing excess stock.

• Training and Guidance: Train and mentor store staff on best practices for maintaining visual standards and merchandising techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual design is preferred.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
