Job Description: Collaborative Solutions Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Collaborative Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will facilitate the development of creative and feasible solutions through effective collaboration with various departments including sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical teams within the WATCHMAN organization. The ideal candidate will also assist management in recruiting and coaching talent to enhance team performance and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical personnel to identify opportunities for shared initiatives and innovative solutions tailored to organizational goals.

• Problem Solving: Develop and propose creative, practical solutions that address challenges faced by different departments, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the WATCHMAN organization.

• Recruiting Support: Assist management in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback on applicants to build a high-performing team.

• Coaching & Development: Support the ongoing development of team members through coaching initiatives, training sessions, and performance feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Strategic Planning Input: Collaborate with the marketing, training, and strategic planning teams to contribute insights that shape the organization’s strategic direction and ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).
• Proven experience in a collaborative role, ideally within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Experience in recruiting and coaching is a plus.
