Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Cross-Functional Collaboration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative and feasible solutions while working closely with various personnel across departments, including Sales, Clinical Research, Marketing, Technical Support, and others within the WATCHMAN organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement solutions that drive organizational success.
• Engage with Marketing, Training, and Strategic Planning teams to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
• Assist management in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and participating in hiring activities.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices, fostering professional growth and development.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Support the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other operational elements.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in marketing, sales, clinical research, or related fields preferred.
