Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our apartment community remains competitive and appealing to prospective residents through effective market analysis, advertising, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Market Surveys:

  • Conduct comprehensive monthly market surveys to analyze current trends, pricing, and competitor offerings in the apartment rental market.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and provide actionable insights to enhance our market position.

• Advertising and Marketing Strategies:

  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative advertising and marketing strategies tailored to attract new residents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms.

• Online Marketing Management:

  • Ensure that all online marketing sources, including Craigslist and other rental platforms, are updated daily with accurate information about available units.
  • Monitor online presence and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize visibility and engagement.

• Resident Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships between residents and management to enhance community satisfaction and retention.
  • Address resident inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a welcoming living environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and online advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
