As a Guest Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of our valued guests who have booked Hilton Grand Vacations Marketing Packages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist these guests through welcoming and informative phone interactions, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from guests inquiring about their booked Marketing Packages.
  • Provide detailed information about package features, benefits, and associated amenities.
