As a Guest Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of our valued guests who have booked Hilton Grand Vacations Marketing Packages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist these guests through welcoming and informative phone interactions, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from guests inquiring about their booked Marketing Packages.
• Provide detailed information about package features, benefits, and associated amenities.
• Address and resolve any questions or concerns that guests may have regarding their bookings.
• Promote additional services and experiences that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests in our systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Stay updated on promotional offers and travel guidelines to provide informed recommendations.
