Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Guest Services Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our guests’ experiences by providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for answering calls from guests who have booked our Marketing Packages, addressing their inquiries, and assisting them with any requirements related to their upcoming stays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from guests who have purchased Hilton Grand Vacations Marketing Packages.
• Assist guests with booking modifications, inquiries about their packages, and any other requests they may have.
• Provide detailed information about our resorts, amenities, and policies to enhance guests’ understanding and experience.
• Resolve any issues or concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
• Document all guest interactions accurately and efficiently in our management systems for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
