Job Description: Guest Services Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests by handling inbound calls, rescheduling accommodations, and booking tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from guests who have received marketing materials, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, and modifications.
- Facilitate the rescheduling of accommodations and the booking of tours to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Provide excellent oral and written communication support to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Utilize basic digital literacy skills to operate various booking and management systems simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficient in digital tools, with a capacity to learn and operate multiple systems concurrently.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
