Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Guest Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from guests interested in our marketing offerings. Your primary tasks will include rescheduling accommodations, booking tours, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls from guests regarding rescheduling of accommodations and booking tours.
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to assist guests effectively.
  • Demonstrate basic digital literacy by navigating multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
