We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Services Specialist to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from guests who have received marketing offers. Your primary tasks will include rescheduling accommodations and booking tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing guest inquiries regarding accommodations and tour options.
  • Reschedule existing bookings as requested, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded in our systems.
  • Assist guests in booking tours, providing detailed information about options available to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear and effective information to guests.
  • Navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously to manage bookings, updates, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic digital literacy, with the ability to operate various software applications and systems.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple calls and requests simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
