In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from guests who have received marketing offers. Your primary tasks will include rescheduling accommodations and booking tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing guest inquiries regarding accommodations and tour options.
• Reschedule existing bookings as requested, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded in our systems.
• Assist guests in booking tours, providing detailed information about options available to enhance their stay.
• Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear and effective information to guests.
• Navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously to manage bookings, updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic digital literacy, with the ability to operate various software applications and systems.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple calls and requests simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
