Job Description:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for guests responding to inbound calls regarding marketing promotions and tour bookings. Your role will involve assisting guests with rescheduling accommodations, booking tours, and resolving any inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from guests regarding marketing offers and tour arrangements.
- Assist guests in rescheduling accommodations and booking tours effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize multiple digital systems concurrently to manage bookings and guest information.
- Maintain clear and professional oral and written communication at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic digital literacy and proficiency in using various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage several systems simultaneously.
- Previous experience in guest services or a related field is a plus.
