Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from guests who have received our marketing materials, as well as facilitating accommodation rescheduling and booking tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from guests.
  • Assist guests with rescheduling accommodations and booking tours, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Utilize multiple systems to record and manage guest inquiries and modifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication, both orally and in writing, to ensure all guest interactions are positive and informative.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic digital literacy with the ability to navigate various software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
