We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team! This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week. While marketing experience is preferred, it is not mandatory; we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies.
• Help maintain and update the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva) is a bonus.
