We are seeking Software Engineering Interns to participate in our 16-week Summer Internship Program. Projects will include machine learning with big data, native mobile applications, backend services, and full stack web development.

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the Toronto area, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Schedule appointments and handle calendar management for staff
– Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
– Provide administrative support to various departments as requested
– Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
