During the program, you will receive professional development opportunities and mentorship – providing an excellent foundation for technical expertise and soft skills growth.A sampling of some of the skills you will develop:Circuit analysis, debug, and designSystems thinking and analysisProposing technical solutions for both circuit-level and system-level challengesPrototype development including hardware and softwareDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships – both internal and externalEducating others about ADI’s solutions through technical presentations and demonstrationsResponsibilities include (but not limited to):Assisting in the evaluation and design of customer systems – hardware and softwareTroubleshooting customer hardware and software/firmware performance issuesUnderstanding and disseminating customer system requirements and market trendsContributing to internal product development strategy and product definitionsCultivating relationships and influence with ADI’s engineering, marketing, and sales teamsQualificationsBSEE or equivalent in-progressBasic understanding of electronic schematics, layout, and components requiredExperience with electronics lab measurement and soldering equipmentThe ideal candidate will have:Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skillsSelf-motivation and capability to work autonomouslyGood organizational skills and ability to multi-task and set prioritiesSolid communication skills and comfort presenting technical topicsAgility and desire for continuous learningFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
