Job Description: SAP Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing new systems across various environments, ensuring seamless integration with our existing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Sales and Digital & Technology, to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP Commerce solutions tailored to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors, quality assurance teams, and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure alignment on system requirements and enhancements.
• Utilize the Horizon ticketing system for project management and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Actively participate in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations, contributing technical expertise to improve system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on new functionalities and system processes.
• Continuously assess and optimize system configurations to improve user experience and facilitate business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP Commerce implementation and configuration.
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Horizon ticketing system.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively across various departments.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
