You’ll focus on personalized solutions to create relevant, targeted experience for our clients as they engage with our websites and mobile apps – based on continuous experiments. As an Analyst, you’ll also be accountable for recommending, influencing, and implementing digital channel personalization & testing opportunities based on data driven insights.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll SucceedDigital Implementation: You’ll support the execution of Simplii’s Digital Sales roadmap that supports a strong client experience including a personalization and cross channel strategy with the objective of increasing digital sales & engagement. You’ll review customer journeys and segments across digital channels to provide recommendations on how to optimize the customer experience and drive sales. Using your strong partnership skills, you’ll identify new digital sales opportunities to address current or potential sales gaps.Collaboration & Campaign Management: You’ll support ongoing campaign and evergreen site analysis with the objective of identifying immediate and future ad, page, tool and application optimization opportunities. You’ll participate in discussions with key product groups and partners to review current on-site & off-site digital sales performance while proactively identifying next step campaign & optimization recommendations. Working in an agile environment, you’ll work with a cross functional team to support marketing campaign sprint cycles with the focus on achieving key performance targets.Analysis: You’ll pull analytics from data visualization platforms and provide ongoing and final campaign test reports to key stakeholders, and maintain a test library. After a launch, you’ll track work with an iterative test, learn and optimize approach and continue to bring forward emerging machine learning trends and recommended tactics.Relationship Management: You’ll create and manage functional relationships between Digital Expansion team and product partners across all Simplii products to ensure campaigns meet growth objectives and product goals. You’ll work with other CIBC teams including marketing communications, contact centre, CIBC digital, Payments, and technology to ensure all Simplii partners are supported.Who You AreYou have a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field.You have demonstrated experience using marketing optimization tools and are proficient in using them to drive owned onsite digital campaign performance. You have developed digital sales roadmaps that integrate current & future marketing, sales and analytics capabilities.You have demonstrated experience in creating and implementing cross-channel optimization and personalization strategies. It’s an asset if you are experienced with Braze and the Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms.You know that details matter. You notice things that others don’t.
