  • Under the direction of the Account Executive, servicing existing clients’ portfolios within the risk management group.
  • Working on large complex accounts, identify specific client risk exposures, as may be required.
  • Managing the client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
  • Receiving and processing client requests and reviewing documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  • Preparing client service summaries, program reports and managing client accounts receivables.
  • Assist with establishing account specific service plans and delivery approaches which support coverage solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries from client on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive as may be required.
  • Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
  • Explore with the client opportunities for expanded Aon products or services.
  • May be required to work with two or more Account Executives.
  • Assisting Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating dissemination of marketing material, prompting regular contact with prospect, assisting in developing new business strategies and account penetration).
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance experience is required;
  • RIBO licence is required;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proven success working collaboratively within a successful team and also working independently with minimum supervision when appropriate;
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the proven ability to multi-task;
  • Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Outstanding professional presentation skills;
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
