Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities:
– Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
– Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data to be entered
– Assisting with organizing and maintaining filing systems
– Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities
– Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed
– Managing and organizing electronic data storage
– Ensuring data integrity and security
– Communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies
– Following company data entry procedures and protocols
– Adhering to data entry confidentiality policies
– Completing data entry tasks within specified timeframes
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
– Proficient in MS Office and data programs
– Excellent typing skills and accuracy
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Strong attention to detail and data integrity
