In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with clients and prospects through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively through phone and email communication.

• Sales Support: Assist in driving sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and encouraging potential clients to explore our services and offerings.

• Marketing Material Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, and digital content, to enhance brand visibility and inform clients about our latest offerings.

• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to foster relationships and generate leads.

• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
