Remote/Hybrid Role
Our Client in Oakville has an immediate need for an Operations Manager in Oakville. Duties:
-Oversee staff in Canada and in India
-Manage day to day operations ensuring processes are followed including: Order processing, customer and supplier contract, Supply Chain, Overseeing Administrative and Accounting functions
-Project Management/Quality Management
-Update and develop current policies and procedures
-Ensure team is accountable
-Create/update KPI’s/ employee reviews Travel required – Must have a valid Passport Requirements:
-Looking for previous Manufacturing Industry experience – any Engineering experience would be an asset
-Ability to speak Hindi/Punjabi would be an asset -ERP experience/MS Office
-Project Management
