Job description: About the opportunity:The Application Advisory Internship offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with cutting-edge HR technology and contribute to the strategic advisory services in our sales cycle. This position is ideal for students who are passionate about technology, customer success, and business processes.What you will get to do:

  • Assist in managing and resolving tickets related to demo-impacted queries and instance issues, providing presales support.
  • Engage with internal tools such as Jira and Vivun Hero to log product gaps and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participate in the maintenance and updating of demo environments, ensuring optimal functionality for sales and demonstration purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance our demo automation tool, Consensus, and integrate customer feedback into our advisory services.
  • Support the team in preparing and delivering presentations and demos to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the documentation and analysis of business processes, suggesting improvements and innovations.
  • Learn and apply compliance with internal policies regarding data management and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with software applications used in business processes; experience with Jira, Consensus, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about new technologies and business practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior internship or experience in HR technology, consulting, or a related field.
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software.
