• Pursue prospects through phone calls, emails, texts, and other communication platforms.
• Qualify inbound sales leads and convert them into appointments.
• Keep information organized and update client notes daily in the CRM system.
• Ensure sales goals are met by tracking daily sales performance goals and key metrics.
• Participate in regular meetings and ongoing training and professional development.
• Communicate regularly providing feedback to the marketing and leadership team.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 + years experience in a similar role.
• History of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multiple CRMs and applications.
• Experience working from proven scripts but ability to think on the fly.
• Adaptability and growth-minded.
