We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordination Specialist to manage and streamline the coordination of all applicable project disciplines’ drawings and specifications. This role is critical in ensuring that various aspects of project designs align seamlessly, leading to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Drawings & Specifications: Oversee the integration of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to maintain cohesive project documentation.

• Design Budget Preparation: Assist in the formulation of design budgets, collaborating with team members to estimate costs accurately and efficiently.

• Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by developing presentation materials that effectively showcase project designs and highlight the firm’s capabilities.

• Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear and effective communication throughout all phases of the project.

• Quality Assurance: Review and verify project documentation for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues in project documents early and facilitate solutions to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
