Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies designed specifically for our distributor customers. In this role, you will be responsible for executing agreed-upon marketing initiatives and ensuring they align with our brand approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Marketing Strategies: Deploy and manage marketing campaigns tailored to distributor customers, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals and objectives.

• Brand Approval Process: Coordinate with various departments to uphold and enforce the brand approval process, ensuring all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and standards.

• Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns. Use metrics and feedback to assess their effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with Distributors: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to understand their needs and support them effectively in executing marketing initiatives.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, learnings, and proposed adjustments to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a distributor or B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
