Reporting to the Franchise Head, the ABM leads a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure delivery of business objectives.This role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, medical, market access, and other internal partners to ensure customer-centric execution and maximize impact with key healthcare professionals. The ABM plays a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, championing compliance, and driving operational excellence to sustain and grow the portfolio in a competitive market environment. Through strategic leadership and meaningful engagement with the healthcare system, the ABM contributes to improving patient outcomes and delivering long-term value to both customers and the communities we serve.Main Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionLead the sales force in the execution of national and regional brand strategies and tactics.Ensure achievement of sales targets and optimal allocation of A&P resources.Business Planning & Performance ManagementOversee territory business planning and implementation aligned with brand and customer strategies.Set clear objectives and KPIs;
