Position Overview:
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Development, Growth, and Outreach Director / Marketing Director to join our dedicated team. This role is critical in driving the growth and outreach efforts of our hospice services, ensuring that we effectively communicate the compassionate care we provide to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies to enhance community awareness of Gentiva Hospice services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote hospice care and foster partnerships.
• Lead sales efforts by engaging with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Supervise a team of marketing and outreach professionals to achieve established goals and objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, sales performance, and market analysis for senior management.
• Organize promotional events and educational seminars to inform the community about hospice services and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on hospice or palliative care being highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market needs and evaluate outreach effectiveness.
