Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Conference Services Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at driving attendance and engagement for our conferences throughout the year. This role will focus on prospecting and soliciting potential attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, utilizing a variety of marketing strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Marketing Plan Development:
- Create and execute a year-round marketing plan for conferences, outlining clear goals and objectives.
 - Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and market trends.
 
 - 
Prospecting & Solicitation:
- Identify and reach out to potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors through targeted campaigns.
 - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.
 
 - 
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
 
 - 
Event Promotion:
- Manage promotional campaigns across multiple channels, adapting messages for specific audiences.
 - Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising techniques to maximize exposure.
 
 - 
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
 - Adjust strategies as necessary to achieve attendance and revenue goals.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the conference planning team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and event logistics.
 - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
 
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on event promotion and management.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
