Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in building products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies, along with over 5 years of relevant sales experience in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the building products sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors to promote product offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the building products market.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal staff to enhance knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the building products industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
