We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across an ecosystem. At Accenture, you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to include strategists, writers, designers, data/analysts, technology, media and studio production specialists.The Work:Working under the direction of creative director and often in partnership with a writer, you will own visual concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflowOversee and be hands-on in the creation of visual designs and systems, typography, logos, icons and more and applies design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usabilityConceptualize and design solutions that are on brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides and strategic principlesConcept, assign, and direct designers, production staff and vendors to fulfill creative visionPrepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers and clientsPresent and defend solutions to other creatives, account leaders and clientsThrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists and development teamCommunicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional mannerHere’s What You’ll Need:1+ years of design experience (in B2B or B2C client work)Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions, compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiencesHave a track record of diverse experiences and an understanding of current visual trends with a current aesthetic sensibility2+ years of work experience in an agency environmentHave strong written and verbal communication skillsExpert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc), FigmaExperience in all media platforms – digital, social, film, longform content and printAbility to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExperience in using GenAI as part of your workflowExpertise in strategic brainstorming, brand design and campaign developmentComfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clientsA minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this positionBonus points if you Have:Bachelor’s degree in design, visuals arts, advertising, digital media or related fieldExperience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clientsExperience in scaled AOR engagements at a design levelPortfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC)Motion graphics or illustration skills a plusParticipated in new business initiativesPhoto/video shoot direction experienceAbout Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
