Location: Orlando, FL (On-site 4 days/week)
Division: In-House Creative Agency – Marketing & Sales
Contract Duration: 2-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our dynamic in-house creative agency team. This temporary position entails a significant focus on marketing and sales initiatives, where your artistic vision will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s identity and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing and sales campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, copywriters, and product managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand storytelling.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
• Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of all visual deliverables, from digital ads to print collateral.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on design trends to continuously evolve the brand’s visual language.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterative improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects in marketing and sales.
• Exceptional skills in visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
